Registration and Immunizations
We’re always excited to welcome new faces to our school community. Whether your child is just about to begin his/her educational journey or transferring from another location, we welcome you!
To register your child, stop by the office of the school your child will attend. Plan to have the following documents with you:
- Proof of your child’s date of birth (birth certificate, physician’s records, passport/visa, or previous school records)
- Your child’s up-to-date immunization records
- Proof of residency (such as a utility bill)
- Proof of guardianship
- Transcript from previous school (if transferring)
We comply with the immunization standards set forth by the state of New Mexico. All students new to Loving School District must provide proof of immunization. We do not allow a conditional enrollment period. Please refer to the immunization schedule provided at the side of this page.
Families who opt to exempt their child for medical or religious reasons must complete an exemption form at the time of enrollment and renew it annually.
