The Village of Loving

With a history rooted deep in the lore of the wild west, the village of Loving has maintained its identity through its people who carry on the tradition of hard work, family, and community. Located in southeast New Mexico in Eddy County near the northern border of Texas, we enjoy the unique and rugged beauty of the state and federal lands that surround us.

Whether a long-time resident or just passing through, you’ll enjoy the majestic beauty of our lands.

Carlsbad Caverns is a world of hidden treasure deep below the landscape. Discovered in 1902, the area is now part of the national forest and visited by millions.

Located in west Texas, the Guadalupe Mountains National Park has hiking and backpacking opportunities abundant with birds and history. This national park is also home to the Capitan Reef, recognized as the most well-preserved fossil reefs in the world.
